-Initially support the delivery of Venue Operational Planning and Test Events in competition venue and planning of non-competition venues. -Support the technology venue planning for specific venue(s). -Liaise with other functional areas during and post venue planning to ensure their requirements for the related venue(s) are understood and accommodated within the constraints of the project. -Initiate and track corrective action for any slippage or change in scope of venue implementation, transition and retrofit project plans. -Identify areas of risk and develop contingency delivery plans at assigned venue. -Ensure the technology systems are deployed and tested to meet requirements.

In June 17-19, 2016 Formula 1 race under the title of European Grand Prix will be held in Azerbaijan. The preparatory works for the race are already underway in consistence with the plan. The major development of the race track is planned for the next year. The main duties of accreditation volunteer are: 1.Greeting the customers, directing the customers to pre-defined areas and answering their questions 2.Checking the information in accreditation system on the base of the identity card provided by the customer; ensuring if the expiry date of the identity card is still valid to proceed or not 3.Photo capturing and uploading to the system if needed 4.Producing accreditation cards in most effective and efficient manner, distributing the cards to owners and directing the customers in pre-defined directions 5.Implementing other job related tasks assigned by accreditation supervisor 6.Listening to the problems of customers, answering their questions and helping the supervisor to carry out other job-related tasks

Delivering and supporting the distribution of all printed competition related information and results to key clients and stakeholders at all competition venues. Daily set up of the Printed Results Distribution Room to ensure area is ready for daily operations; Ensuring PRD Team Members are present to assist in daily operations; Liaising with and reporting to VRM for any updates on competition and/or change in service levels to clients or any competition information; Liaising with clients on venue to ensure service levels remain consistent and to standard; Printing, copying and distributing all pre-defmed competition related information and results; Ensuring all competition information and results are distributed to all pre-defmed clients and stakeholders in a timely manner; Providing other clients on venue, information and support on how to access competition information and results through the Games Time Website and Mobile Application. He successfully accomplished his role at the Baku 2015 1st European Games, and I have no hesitation in recommending him for any future Sporting Projects.
