* Assist in risk mitigation processes; Evaluate the risk of the Groups directorships and continuously monitor and control potential risk; Formulate recommendations to mitigate any potential risks; * Manage the development of the director services database; Manage an efficient and comprehensive filing system for each client; Establish and maintain a database of performance and other financial data on the portfolio of clients to include the statistical data on the Hedge Fund's monthly performance; * Organize and manage regular board meetings for each director services client; Attend and take minutes; * Review corporate files and update corporate and fund documents in both hard copy and electronic form; Draft board minutes and Resolutions as well as other corporate documents; Manage document delivery and assist with new business, to include the distribution, and follow-up of due diligence information sent to new clients; AML/ KYC analysis; * Liaise on a regular basis with Investment Managers and Directors; * Liaise with and assist the auditors of the clients on an annual basis; * Update the Corporate system on a regular basis; Assist with the maintenance of all of the corporate records of the Caledonian Group of companies; * Monitor annual filings with CIMA and ROC for regulated clients; * Perform annual reviews of assigned clients as scheduled and follow up on outstanding items; * Track all fees for assigned clients

* Select and monitor hedge fund managers for Fund of Funds portfolio according to Company's system, using specific selection criteria; * Arrange for provision and accomplish review of investment documents, such as Offering Memorandum, Audit Reports, Subscription/ Redemption documents, AML documentation etc; * Perform Due Diligence on potential new investments with hedge fund managers, including analysis of the investment strategies and regulatory review, evaluation of historical fund returns versus industry benchmarks; tracking industry wide and fund specific investment and liquidity data; reviewing regulatory, operational and reputation aspects; financial analysis; * Formulate investment recommendations to be submitted to the Investment Manager, according to the Company criteria; opining on transactions, negotiating terms of investments; * Assist in processing subscriptions, redemptions and transfers into and from underlying funds; * Collection of return numbers; prepare statistical reports; * Assist in provision of ongoing regulatory reporting such as Mid Month/ Month End performance number; updated company's marketing documents etc.; * Ad-hoc client reporting on all possible market issues; * Management of complex client operational queries and client take-on ;

* Learning to work with the proprietary Fund Trading System and Database ; * Tracking Investment Universe etc.

* Assistance in Business Process Modelling on the basis of ARIS Tool
