The operational division Quality Management & Accreditation is responsible for the coordination, execution, and conceptual development of a continual quality management system for the dean’s office and the faculty. Data-based analyses regarding strategic development in research, teaching, and administration are prepared here for decision makers. Central components of the division employed to ensure quality at the faculty are the coordination and accompaniment of accreditation processes as well as the implementation of evaluations and questionnaires. Further areas dealt with here include maintenance of the publication database, rankings, and coordination of diversity and equal opportunity efforts.
