My everyday tasks include: Market research in the field of passenger information systems (external acustic and visual information systems); Optimisation and simplification of contract preparation process with the help of a specified and customisable IT solution (Excel tool based on VBA programming); Facilitation and development of supplier evaluation matrices based on price, technical and commercial requirements used for supplier nomination in public tenders by means of a highly extensible and robustly structered IT solution (Excel tool with based on VBA programming); Participation in meetings and negotiations with suppliers.

My major tasks during this internship were: Development and designing of a VBA-based IT solution capable of making various weekly reports for various management layers based on data extracted from an SAP-based management system (on my own responsibility); Organisation of internal team meetings and support of the team at external meetings; Aid and participation in current HDEP and MDEG projects.
