Built from a ground high performing R&D team of 70 Engineers (40 in Czech Republic and 30 in Poland) for hardware and software development and for system test of innovative M2M wireless module products for IoT. Engineering lead of entire product life cycle: concept – implementation – factory production – certifications.  Created radio electronics laboratory for hardware design and system testing, including new equipment acquisitions.  Deployed IT systems for software version control (GIT), continuous integration (Jenkins) and automatized tests (remote PC, Python).  Implement fast, lean and cost-efficient work procedures.
