Translating needed documents from English to Azerbaijani and vice versa

Duties: * Make phone calls to the accredited embassies and reply them; * Send diplomatic notes to the accredited embassies and consulates in Azerbaijan via fax ; * Prepare invitations for the embassies and consulates in order to invite the ambassadors accredited to the Azerbaijan Republic to the ceremonies organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ; * Register some formal documents; * Take the documents to the Secretariat ;
