Chief Commercial Officer of Retail department
Worked as the Chief Commercial Officer for a leading IT and computer software company based in Kazakhstan. It is the largest supplier of computer equipment, with its own production and established relationships with worldwide suppliers of IT equipment. The core objective of the position is to retain/increase existing business and drive profitable business through successful execution of commercial strategy and business development.
JSC “LogyCom” is the successful emitter of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange KASE, which contributes to more transparency and reliability of the company.

- Responsible for development and implementation of clearly defined commercial strategy. Analyze market evolution, consumer and customer needs and trends in order to identify and develop a relevant strategy for Retail department of LOGYCOM Company.
- I`m accountable for sales, new business development (e-commerce and service), contract negotiations, pricing, marketing and commercial analytics for LOGYCOM (Retail department).
- Annual Sales Plans and Execution: Own executive follow-up on the implementation of retail department sales plans with market leadership, including: sales, budget tracking, forecasting, ordering, pricing, distribution milestones, initiative execution.
- Lead Managers of Commercial department to exceed P&L and profitability targets
- Responsible for marketing initiatives within an organization including advertising and promotions.
- Champion sales initiatives together with marketing to maximize sell-in opportunities across market.
- Implement and manage marketing budget
- Drive successful depletion of slow moving inventory.
- Develop and maintain a productive, professional and effective relationship with Vendors
Achievements: Defined commercial strategy of Retail department for the period of 2013-2014, I held a significant reorganization of purchasing department.

Played key role in developing reporting system to track and monitor stock and sales data based on OLAP: operation reports available to management the following day much easier.
Signed contract with one of the largest cellular operating companies in the country: New contract allowed to receive back margin from SIM card sales on a regular basis
Directed actions of direct-reporting senior managers – Buyers, Merchandising and SMB
