I have technical education as process engineer of radio equipment production and higher technical education as radiotrician engineer. Also I had studied at network security, cisco mpls, zuxel swiching course. For this moment I have experience as communications engineer, network and system administrator (13 years), web-designer (4 years). I I participated in implemented projects from the beginning to the end. My experience: Telecommunications company “AlmaTV”. I took part in below projects: Implementation of media broadcasting platform in Internet within 3 months. It based on OTT technology and content receiving via satellite receivers with conversion multicast in HLS, receiving content over Internet. There used content transcoding and accounting based on nginx and unique technology of content distribution over p2p protocol, that achieves very high performance of distribution. Completed tasks of the project: Due to the necessity to increase the range of services existing technologies was analyzed, carried on negotiations, equipment was provided and tested, putted into operation and subsequent maintenance organized. Billing implementation, within 2 months. It operated by technology of transparent authentication on Unix servers with CentOS and Debian using radius and DHCPd. Database on MySQL. Performed tasks of the project: Due to the necessity it was chose distributor, carried on negotiations, equipment set up and tested, putted into operation and subsequent maintenance organized. Call center implementation, within 2 months. It operated over VoIP based on asterisk in association with several remote offices. There using conversion of fixed and mobile telephony into IP, including using equipment for conversion of E1 and ISDN to IP. Performed tasks of the project: Due to the necessity it was chose distributor, carried on negotiations, set up and tested equipment, putted its into operation and subsequent maintenance organized. Implementation of Internet traffic optimizing cache systems (within 1 year). It were researched and tested systems available at market, including opensource solutions on Squid + wccp. It were investigated systems with parallel and sequential circuit traffic processing. Systems are already deployed in two cities without centralization. A unique feature of the system is implemented mandatory caching of p2p traffic. Completed project tasks: analysis of efficiency and payback period of the project, performed a feasibility study of open source software, agreed the technical side of the contract, the hardware is configured and commissioned with the subsequent service. Development of a servers and network equipment monitoring automated system. Implementation period is 2 months. It was applied opensource solution cacti with poller replacement to more productive and installed modules for integration with GSM cellular transmitter for sending SMS notification about accidents or incorrect systems parameter. Improvement and expansion of city coverage Internet network by HomeCNA. Implementation period is 2 months. There used Ukrainian developer Dynamix equipment and individual designing from Chinese developers. Completed tasks of the project: analysis of prospects of a telecommunications technology development and search for new standards of internet services delivery and signal processing, analysis of solution’s cost, testing and work with the developer on edit of the product. Implementing multicast television in hotel complexes based on harmonic and Otrum equipment. Implementation period is 3 months. There applied broadcast streams conversation from udp to http by Uproxy server, route multicast streams over the city ip network. Completed tasks of the project: setting up and testing equipment, software installation and subsequent operation. Telecommunications company Bynet . Providing access to Internet in town with a population of 40,000 people. Implementation period 6 months . ISP provider uses DSLAM Zyxel equipment, provides access to subscribers over ADSL 2 +, core of network is cisco of 7200 series. Billing based on pppoe authentication. Carried out of market research, chosen economically justifiable technology providing of Internet to users. Chose and purchased equipment, configured, tested and commissioned it. Developed hosting and web-portal for the company with design. Implementation period was 1 month . There used hosting server with Redhat linux OS with CMS on php and modules required for web-sites including opensource hosting control panel ISPconfig. Completed tasks of the project: design development, templates layout, php scripts modification, billing system integration, content management, follow-up maintenance, system and modules updates. Telecommunications company Ducat. Organization of large-scale ip telephony network based on SIP protocol throughout the country. Implementation period is 1 year. Used voice line equipment by Cisco, Huawei, Alcatel. There used 4 and level 5 softswitches by Merasystems and Huawei, used both directions conversion of E1 streams with Cisco equipment. Also there was integrated roll-out CDR into CBOSS billing systems. Completed tasks of the project: selection of equipment’s vendor and its testing, tuning and commissioning with the subsequent service, including the management of the international numbering plan and routing calls. Implementing MPLS network based on Cisco equipment. Implementation period is 6 months. There used Cisco network core equipment, CE part is by Huawei. There applied MPLS VPN with routing by labels (marks) . The network is used as a transport ring across the town. Completed tasks of the project: setting up and maintaining the network, the interaction with an integrator about integration of old and new networks with the current services. Service of network core and campus network. Project duration is 4 years. There used Cisco equipment: carrier-grade routers, carrier-class firewalls swich L3, ASA and FVSM firewalls, Huawei, ZTE, Zyxel, HP and other vendors equipment (85% of the Cisco equipment, 10 % - Huawei, 5% of all others) . Servers are based on OS Unix – Debian, CentOS, Redhat, and Solaris OS. Network services are Mail, DNS, cisco CallManager, Asterisk. Network technology: dynamic routing protocols bgp, rip, ospf, VPN, DOCSIS, ADSL, ISDN. Completed tasks of the project: company’s network management, users connection/disconnection, operation with address space through the LIR Portal RIPE. Countermeasure against network attacks, detecting and blocking attacks to company’s network resources. Installing and configuring mail servers, hosting platforms. Telecommunications company Nursat. Organization of operation of technical support department. Duration period is 2 years. There were used Lotus Notes electronic document management system, Microsoft SharePoint, callcenter’s management system based on Alcatel platform. Completed project tasks: control of department's work indicators, make a work algorithms with company's subscribers for the problems elimination and preventive works notification. Development of a corporate portal part about network security, ways to confront and prevention. I have an analytical mind, I like to invent and implement revolutionary projects as in IT field technologies, so in web field. I like to learn new techniques and design new systems. I spent the projects presentation, as well as refresher courses. I am able to recruit a team to implement the projects. I think it is important to be aware of technical challenges and operational issues and to participate directly in solving the problems. I see great opportunities in the living and working in one of the most stable and interesting, with the cultural and historical point of view, country in the world, where no corruption and recruitment is carried out on the basis of experience and knowledge, and not through connections.
