Brought in the HANA DB team in St Petersburg branch to provide global support of SAP products. Technical functions ∙ technical assessment and monitoring of enterprise solutions for worldwide customers (Shell, Gazprom, Burberry Ltd, PepsiCo Inc. US, T-Mobile, LLC Bayer, RZD etc.) ∙ HANA database analysis within different deployment scenarios incl. BOBJ, CRM, ERP, HR ∙ technical support services along the whole product implementation cycle – planning, implementation, go-live, assessment, optimization ∙ system landscape transformation analysis for SAP scenarios Management functions ∙ support services arrangements, scoping, IT planning ∙ de-escalation activities for production down situations on enterprises from DB prospective ∙ customer-facing activities; technical interviews; show-room negotiations ∙ training workshops conducting both on customer site and internally ∙ Security topic development
