Lead the development of a multi platform logistics product, both software and hardware (tracking devices). As a Product Manager I was responsible for adjusting Agile Scrum methodology to the needs of the product development to perform frequent iterations on customer needs. Work side by side with the UX designers and stakeholders to address most of the necessary needs. Been able to work closely with development team, so the product could reach the best precision in location detection both, when using cell and satellite connection. Additional work was performed on the tracking device adjustments. Signed contract with Tomsk Engineering Bureau so they could help in making it possible to achieve the better hardware quality and cheaper location transactions comparing to other competitors. This way we were able to lower down the mobile internet spendings up to 45%. The product was successfully launched and sold to one of the biggest beverages factories in Kazakhstan. Further on the stakeholders were able to adjust and maintain the software, sell it to the biggest taxi parks locally available and create an additional stream of the revenue. After the lunch day I've interviewed our existing clients and addressed the feedback, so after A/B testing we were able to improve the product and make fuel consumption metrics precision 23% better. Adjusted sensors responsible for the level of fuel measurements, this reduced the possibility for the fuel drain, which was the most critical metric for stakeholders.
