Currently my work involves project and quality management, risk assessment, technical auditing, product quality improvement and defects rate mitigation, supplier quality development and quality improvement actions. I collaborate with steering committees and management teams, build up and strengthen the bonds between parties, support and facilitate an efficient communication, flexibility and effective reporting. I am an experienced engineer and I have worked with projects in matrix organizations that involve much complexity and demand much communication. I have extensively worked with quality assurance and I have strong skills in problem solving, investigations and root cause analysis, Ishikawa, Pareto, 5-Why’s, 8D, corrective and preventive actions. My work culture focuses on motivating and engaging team members to communicate efficiently, dynamically solve problems and deliver the highest quality solutions. I am result oriented and I have learned how to overcome the challenges and the road blocks that may arise during the progress of a project . I am a team player, but I also stand my ground, make strong decisions and work independently with structure and effective time management.
