Project Manager
Implementation of equipment installation and start-up projects according to contract obligations:
1. Project guidance in accordance with PMI standards;
2. Clarification of project parameters on pre-contract stage (technical part, financial part, organizational), implementation of necessary changes into the contract to secure quality project implementation.
3. Project team management, organizing the communication and co-operation within project team
4. Stakeholders management (customer's management team, sales department, supply chain department, technical service etc.): communication, clarification of project details, results control, conflict solving, etc.
5. Risk identification, tracking and management at all stages of a project.
6. Project budgeting and financial control, resource planning.
7. Project schedule development and control, on-site activities control.
8. Procurement control: equipment, spare parts, supplementary materials to be ordered and delivered on time and in full.
9. Change management: contract conditions change negotiation, project activities adaptation in case of need.
10. Preparation of claims and claim process support when quality issues arise (equipment/parts quality, final product quality), solving the issues.
11. Project status reporting to the Project Board (time, finance, risks, results, problems).
12. Subcontractors management (resource planning, finance control, work organization and control)
13. Providing and control of contract conditions fulfillment by all parties. Preparing and signing of additional agreements to the contract, if necessary.
14. Check and correction (if necessary) of sales contract in order to secure clear and achievable scope and project completion criteria.
15. Organization of lessons learned meetings.
16. Supporting relationships with customers to secure long-term business interests.
+ Implementing several projects simultaneously.
+ Conflict of interests between Tetra Pak and customer in order to get final result satisfying both sides was successfully mitigated.
+ A number of issues like wrong or bad quality parts delivery which could lead to onsite works stoppage, were urgently solved using available third-party resources to make a working temporary/permanent solution.
+ Scheduling and organizational problems was successfully addressed in situation of lack of human resources which was most of the time.
+ Small information organization tools was developed for own work optimization and got positive feedback from colleagues.
+ Some recommendations regarding co-operation issues between stakeholders and contract conditions were positively perceived by the higher management.
