Main responsibilities: - internal communication of quality topics, working on QA visibility and promotion, supporting continuous exchange of knowledge, organizing internal events - external communication of food safety at Metro

Responsibilities: - supervision over two product groups of Own Brand assortment (Edible Grocery, Canned Goods) which means: ordering and analyzing lab tests, giving an opinion on the labels of local and common sourced product, preparing documentation for each product (Requirement Profile, Product Passport), organizing degustation panels - management for withdrawalls and recalls of products (Edible Grocery, Canned) - analysing of complaints - taking part in benchmarking panels - developing Customer Communication Programme: publicating quality news in the Intranet page of Quality Assurance Department, cooperating with PR and Marketing Department and giving Quality input to the official Makro web site, facebook funpage and Makro Inspirations Magazine
