As a Contract Management Specialist I am responsible for the timely and appropriate execution of Clinical Study Agreements / MCTAs/ASARs with associated Budgets. In partnership with Legal ensure that issues and points of negotiation are settled rapidly to minimize or eliminate negotiation. Key Accomplishments: • Developed communication between Site Management & Monitoring, Legal and Outsourcing • Developed site specific contract templates with legal & institutions • Am able to understand the protocol to develop country model budgets. • Am able to review global budgets and provide insight into country specific requirements in study start-up ( DACH region). • Support Site Management & Monitoring in monthly study start up discussions. • Provide input into legal guidance Playbooks and Templates. • Presented at departmental meetings for best practices and latest updates in contract management department. • Negotiated changes in Sponsor budget to reflect protocol requirements.
