Prosmar is a company that provides services in a risk management area. It was a startup project launched in 2015. We've developed a tool for calculating financial risks based forecasted prices, volatility and other forecasted data. In April 2016 we've started migrating application from desktop version to web and used .Net for server side and Angular2 as a clientside framework. Since that time there were added a lot of features. First 6 months I was the only one developer. At the moment there are 5 developers. I am a team lead. 70% of time I work on development tasks and rest of time work on code review, tasks management, discussions with other developers, deployments. Most important experience in this project is: team management, angular2 (including migrating beta -> release), tasks management.

CAN Telematics is a company that provides services for GPS trackers management via Trakopolis website. It has many tracking features, reporting, analytics, business objects management, etc. It is based on MVC4 and uses a lot of 3rd party tools: google maps, osm, t4toolbox, jquery and others. My role is .Net developer. General info: - new features implementation. Whole the process from database changes to HTML and CSS markup and JS. - bugfixing. Including areas implemented by another developers - distributed team. Current size of development team is about 20 members mainly from Canada, but also from Ukraine, Phillipines, Russia - daily scrum in english - strongly defined development processes - TFS - using of Azure management panel

I worked as a freelancer since 2010, but at the beginning it was small projects. In the summer of 2011 I found good employer from Australia and leave Luxoft. They offered interesting projects with modern technologies: ASP.Net 3-4 (Single page applications), jQuery web apps, Multitouch and HD apps, REST services, distributed apps, sound processing and others. Main achievements of freelance are: • Distribution of my own time between tasks • Communication with customer • Management of team • New technologies

Career in Luxoft started with the position of middle .Net developer. I began to learn WPF technology that was new to me. Two weeks later, I joined a team that developed application for a kiosk at an international exhibition. Application was based on WPF. I got acquainted with the project very fast and quickly I became a full-fledged member of the team. Managers noticed my quick and quality start with WPF; and WPF (together with Silverlight) became my main background at Luxoft. While being in Luxoft I have learnt and understood in-depth WPF processes and objects, such as: dispatcher and threading model, measuring and arranging, binding and styling, etc. I had written articles about some of my achievements and posted them on the Internet. Also, I obtained knowledge that is very important when speaking about WPF: optimization of UI performance. I worked on projects where performance was a serious issue, and I always found effective solutions. Also, I used other technologies in Luxoft projects: ASP.Net, Windows mobile, WinServices, HTML, jQuery, etc. Some of them (like jQuery and Windows mobile) were new for me, but I learned them quickly. Projects were always completed well within the schedule and I made quick start with new technologies. All tasks were performed in timely manner according to deadlines. Most of the project teams were distributed and they consisted of 8-12 members. I have demonstrated effective and operational communication with each member of the team. Managers noticed my effective and successful job and offered me to do certification ahead of schedule. As a result of the certification, I was promoted to a Senior .Net developer position in October of 2010. My professional responsibilities had increased. Aside from regular coding, I became involved in work on architecture solutions, development of entire modules of application that were used by other developers, much more intensive interaction with managers, analytics, testers and other staff, critical tasks and problems solving. While being in Luxoft I had took corporate training in following fields: • OOP, GoF patterns • Architecture of enterprise applications • TDD Some of them were new to me, and some helped me to get more in-depth understanding. Huge part of this knowledge was used in my projects at Luxoft and is still being used now. Summary, achievements at Luxoft: • Quick start with new technologies • In-depth knowledge of WPF and Silverlight and improvement of current platform knowledge • Intensive interaction with huge distributed team • Operative solution of critical problems • Make important decisions about architecture and code

This was my first experience in commercial .Net development. Work in IssART helped me to understand process of commercial development, how to work with team and how to use my knowledge to fit customer’s requirements. Size of team was 5 or less members. Also, work in IssART helped me understand the ideology of well-coded applications and beautiful architecture.
